- Safyon is not responsible for any damage caused due to misuse, improper dilution, or use on surfaces not recommended.
4. Orders & Payments
- All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
- Prices listed on the website are in INR (₹) and inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as specified.
- We accept payments through authorized and secure payment gateways.
- In case of non-receipt of payment, Safyon reserves the right to cancel the order.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are processed within 2–3 business days and delivered within the estimated timelines depending on location.
- Delays caused by courier/logistics providers are beyond Safyon’s control.
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.
6. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement if not shipped.
- Returns are only accepted for defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered products.
- Refund requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery with proof (Order ID, images).
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after approval.
