Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet been shipped.
- Once the order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Refunds & Returns
We accept return or replacement requests only in the following cases:
- Damaged or defective product received.
- Wrong product/size delivered.
- Packaging leakage/spillage during delivery.
To be eligible for a return/refund, please raise a request within 3 days of delivery by sharing:
- Order ID
- Product images (showing the issue)
- Proof of purchase
Once verified, we will initiate a refund or replacement as per your choice.
Refund Timeline
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method after approval.
- In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be provided via bank transfer or store credit.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been partially used or opened cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
- Free samples, promotional items, or discounted packs are non-returnable unless damaged on delivery.
